This practice is established to choose a different brief — one that returns a measurable portion of the plot to a planted rooftop, orients the building to the prevailing breeze, and ensures every home receives natural light at every hour of the working day.
The intention is not to develop at scale. The intention is to develop with care.
Natura Landmarks is registered as a One Person Company. This is a deliberate governance choice, not a marketing position. It places a single individual — the Founder — as the named, signing authority on every architectural, structural, financial, and material decision that constitutes the building.
In practical terms: the person who approves the structural drawings is the same person who approves the door hardware specification. The person responsible for the project's promises before construction is the same person responsible for honouring them after handover. There is no department to transfer a complaint to, and no committee to dilute a commitment through.
The first project of this practice is Natura Tropical, a ten-storey residential development under construction at Terokhadia Housing Estate, Rajshahi. The brief is straightforward: every home is designed for daylight and cross-ventilation, the building's facade carries planting as a permanent architectural element, and the rooftop is dedicated to a maintained garden available to all owners.
It is a single building. It is meant to be done well, not done quickly, and not done in volume. The principles tested on Natura Tropical will set the standard for every subsequent project this practice undertakes.
This practice will not publish a delivery date it cannot defend with a working programme. It will not market a render whose vegetation the building is not engineered to sustain. It will not substitute a specified finish during construction without written notice to the owner. And it will not transfer responsibility for any of the above to a third party.
